• If there is any problem, e.g., you are a foreign customer and forgot to select and pay for one of the three flat rate boxes available to ship your order on the HOW TO ORDER page, then your order is incomplete or otherwise needs attention from you before it can complete processing. The subject line of this email will be ABOUT YOUR ORDER or INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE IS UNPAID. On occasion we may email to clarify an order or orders with the subject line ORDER ADVISE.

• If you correctly provided your email address and you monitor your email for these responses from us then you should receive your package within 1-5 days in the USA. Time will vary for international orders that could arrive within a week to a month.
