WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOU ORDER
You will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org soon after you order that contains the details of your order. This allows you a short period of time to make sure you provided the correct address information and verify you ordered the correct items.
If there is any problem, e.g., you are a foreign customer and forgot to select and pay for one of the three flat rate boxes available to ship your order on the HOW TO ORDER page, then your order is incomplete or otherwise needs attention from you before it can complete processing. The subject line of this email will be ABOUT YOUR ORDER or INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE IS UNPAID. On occasion we may email to clarify an order or orders with the subject line ORDER ADVISE.
Tracking information will be provided so you can follow the progress of the shipment to anticipate the day of arrival in an email with the subject line: ORDER SHIPPING or SCOOTER SHIPPING or OEM PART ORDER SHIPPING.
If you correctly provided your email address and you monitor your email for these responses from us then you should receive your package within 1-5 days in the USA. Time will vary for international orders that could arrive within a week to a month. WE ADVISE CUSTOMERS TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE USING A CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS SINCE THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO COMMUNICATE 24/7 BACK AND FORTH. If you have a Paypal Account with an email address you must make sure that it is correct and current since your order information will be emailed to that email address.
Once you receive your order you should inspect it and compare it to the packing list. If you find any damage and you purchased insurance on the HOW TO ORDER PAGE to cover damage, then you should reply to the email we sent providing us details. If your order is incorrect as compared to the packing list then you should reply to the email about the issue with the order. If you ordered an OEM PART then see below how to contact X-treme about the problem using a SUPPORT TICKET so they can correct the problem. All other issues should be reported to us by replying to the email with the subject line ORDER SHIPPING or SCOOTER SHIPPING so we can work the issue to the satisfaction of all involved.

If you have a technical question there are two ways to proceed. If you ordered an X-treme OEM Part or Scooter you can get free technical support using the X-TREME SUPPORT TICKET SYSTEM where you and a specialist dialog on the website to provide you help and warranty parts support using a ticket number. OEM Parts primarily come from this same location, too, saving time if a part needs replacing. If necessary, email us in reply to the email with the subject line OEM PART ORDER SHIPPING.
If you ordered and received one of our pretested universal parts from our own warehouse then reply to the email we sent with the subject line ORDER SHIPPING.

otherwise could not get parts for their model scooters. Electrical

to find, and still are for quality parts. The difference in our
