• If there is any problem, e.g., you are a foreign customer and forgot to select and pay for one of the three flat rate boxes available to ship your order on the HOW TO ORDER page, then your order is incomplete or otherwise needs attention from you before it can complete processing. The subject line of this email will be ABOUT YOUR ORDER or INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEE IS UNPAID. On occasion we may email to clarify an order or orders with the subject line ORDER ADVISE.
• Tracking information will be provided so you can follow the progress of the shipment to anticipate the day of arrival in an email with the subject line: ORDER SHIPPING or SCOOTER SHIPPING or OEM PART ORDER SHIPPING.
• If you correctly provided your email address and you monitor your email for these responses from us then you should receive your package within 1-5 days in the USA. Time will vary for international orders that could arrive within a week to a month. WE ADVISE CUSTOMERS TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE USING A CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS SINCE THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO COMMUNICATE 24/7 BACK AND FORTH. If you have a Paypal Account with an email address you must make sure that it is correct and current since your order information will be emailed to that email address.
• Once you receive your order you should inspect it and compare it to the packing list.
