X-treme Scooters are shipped free from the central Washington state warehouse using Allco Mfg inc to USA destination and some models to Canada for the added $150 fee as indicated. The included free shipping from the central warehouse can save customers hundreds of dollars while we at Scootersupport.com handle the progression of the order and all the details, keeping mistakes from happening in route. X-treme Scooter Model OEM Parts are shipped primarily from the central warehouse in Washington state to USA customers only except with special handling to international customers. Note that if we receive an international order for OEM small parts from a foreign customer we will try to order and receive smaller parts in our warehouse and reship them abroad for the International Shipping fee AND a 25% handling fee billed separately. Any further expenses associated with the order will be passed on to the International Customer.

Universal tested and inspected Scooter Parts for all scooters are shipped from our own warehouse as quality parts costing much less than OEM parts typically which we can deliver much faster. Universal parts and X-treme Scooters in inventory can be checked on our Availability Page where we list available X-treme Scooter models and color choices with stock levels, plus we list any of our own parts that have been delayed to inventory so you can check before you place your order to help insure the order will not be delayed. [NOTE: OEM parts are not listed on the X-treme OEM parts listings pages since they are not in our own warehouse, but are in the Central OEM Parts Warehouse with thousands of X-treme model parts. OEM Parts on X-treme model parts pages and X-treme Scooter Model orders cannot normally be shipped internationally unless otherwise noted or the part is listed on one of our own parts pages as in stock locally! Each foreign OEM part order received is taken on a case by case basis and if accepted will require a 25% handling fee, plus the international shipping, billed separately and paid prior to proceding.] In the event a part is ordered that is currently OUT OF STOCK as shown on the AVAILABILITY PAGE with no current ETA the customer can request a full refund within 45 days from the date of order and simply replace the order when the part is available. After 45 days Paypal will charge a nonrefundable small fee of less than 5% and the refund will be slightly less as refunded through Paypal to a valid email address. After 90 days if the part is still unavailable or becomes no longer obtainable then a customer In House store credit, less the previously deducted Paypal Fee, can be used by the customer to help purchase any other available product(s) listed for sale. No refunds are issued after 90 days. Sometimes a part may still eventually return to stock and in that case automatically be shipped to fill the back order if the customer elects to leave the back order in effect.

X-treme Scooter models are sold in the USA with shipping included in the price to the contiguous USA states. Some models ship to Canada for additional shipping that is usually $150 extra and can be paid on this website as an optional fee to cover duties and shipping. Some models cannot ship to California due to environmental state regulations. A small shipping adjustment, processing, and handling fee is added according to the order Zip Code entered during Check Out in the Shopping Cart System. Processing and handling will cover extra fees depending on your location and other necessary details for your order or where charges from other companies are part of the shipment handling and processing.

If you are ready to CHECK OUT then enter your ZIP CODE (USA DELIVERY ONLY) and Calculate the remaining part of the shipping, processing, and handling fee. You continue by clicking the CHECK OUT button or the Check Out with PAYPAL button (if you have an active account). Clicking CHECKOUT will change the tab to show your item(s) on the left under eCOLECO (our company account name) and on the right the ability to choose how to pay. You can still select Paypal and enter your email and password, or PAY WITH A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD, OR PAYPAL CREDIT and this will change to a new page that allows you to enter your personal and financial information. Using a credit or debit card does not create a paypal account, but paypal processes the payment. You must enter the billing address used for the credit/debit card as the shipping address or an error will occur. If you have established an account with Paypal and used a credit card then this card number will be registered with Paypal and require you to use it with your account by logging in first! Click REVIEW AND CONTINUE to see the order as complete and ready to finalize and there are no errors. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES

(Minimum Order $15)

  • If you are an INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER then foreign shipping fees must be charged appropriately and billed or paid separately if more than the included $33.95 for many Overseas destinations or $24.95 to Canada that is automatically shown (this is the fee for the Small USPS Priority International Mail Shipping Box* and larger boxes are available for the additional fees shown if they are needed for the parts ordered). International Customers, as stated, include all customers ordering outside the United States, and you must pay shipping in the shopping cart as a separate item (from the available options below) or by being billed separately through Paypal for the same shipping boxes or for USPS INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS MAIL** WHEN AVAILABLE.
    * USPS International Flat Rate Priority Mail Shipping Boxes deliver faster and safer for more dependable delivery.
    ** USPS First Class International Shipping may be available for under one pound orders by padded envelop where available, a much slower method.
    There is no guaranty of foreign delivery completion for any order, and any damage may not be covered at all or in full by insurance. Buy at your own risk.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: International Customers who do not pay the shipping fee below when a larger box is required and reply to our Shipping Due notification email for payment wishing to cancel their order will be refunded LESS the processing fee (effective August 13th, 2013). Each part in the shopping cart includes a Foreign Processing and Handling Fee in addition to the part's listed price, as stated in the shopping cart. This is for the customer's convenience in determing the order total prior to checking out. Each part on our website has a description with a link to this HOW TO ORDER page for an explanation of the separate and necessary International Shipping Fee charges and the payment of these USPS established shipping fees for International shipping. The link is, "PAY YOUR UNPAID INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING." If a Foreign Customer decides not to proceed with an order by declining to pay any additional required International Shipping Fee after processing has begun and the email notification has been sent then processing is considered to have been expended in full for that order. If no reply has been received to our email notification for shipping fee payment within 2 Weeks then an automatic refund can occur that cancels the order and credits back all but the processing fee portion of the order. If there are any questions or clarification needed then please direct them to us prior to completing an order.

    IMPORTANT: NOT ALL INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS WILL BE SUPPORTED FOR DELIVERY. THOSE ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED AND THE PARTS VALUE REFUNDED. AND ONLY SELECT DESTINATIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDE THE MINIMUM SMALL FLAT RATE BOX SHIPPING FEE. IF NO SHIPPING IS INCLUDED THEN YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE SHIPPING SEPARATELY AND YOU SHOULD EMAIL US EITHER PRIOR TO COMPLETING THE ORDER OR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER MAKING AN ORDER SO THAT THE PROCESSING CAN BE COMPLETED. NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHOUT PAYMENT OF THE SHIPPING FEE REQUIRED AND THE FOREIGN HANDLING FEE PORTION OF THE PART PRICE IN THE SHOPPING CART WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF THE ORDER IS CANCELLED.

    A Customs and Import Duties Fee may also be charged in country before the package receipt in the destination country and any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

    Any shipping stated as included in the price of an item in the shopping cart is utilized for USA shipping only, less adjusted shipping, handling and processing, OR for International Orders this addition to the price per item in the shopping cart reflects the inclusion of the International Processing and Handling Fee for the item, which is not refundable, and the International Shipping Fee is the minimum International Overseas fee for a Small USPS International Flat Rate Box. Once each order's Shipping Fee can be determined either by the customer or us (if emailed first) then the shopping cart buttons below can be used to complete the shipping box size purchase required. It is the responsibility of the Foreign Customer to email us for help. The International USPS shipping fees (flat rate boxes) are established by the US Postal System and have been changing often.



    FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL IS DISCOURAGED (IF THE OPTION IS AVAILABLE TO YOUR COUNTRY) - FEES CANNOT BE DETERMINED UNTIL THE ORDER IS PLACED

  • When you use the Shopping Cart processed through Paypal you must have your items shipped to your credit card's billing address or Paypal will reject your order! When they ask for the shipping address they are asking for the credit card billing address.


  • If you want your order shipped to another address we will still require your credit card billing address or we cannot process the order by telephone.

OPTIONAL SERVICES

  • USA Customers Only may elect to place other services on deliveries, avoiding loss due to carrier assumed damage, nondelivery, or theft, which is charged by outside companies or carriers. Customers may pay for this insurance using the shopping cart buttons below:

    $5.65 INSURANCE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE

    $5.65 SIGNATURE SERVICE

    Signature Service prevents carriers from leaving deliveries on the porch unattended or exposed to the weather but requires a signature for delivery. Claims for loss or damage are processed in a timely fashion by the issuers and we will notify you of the progress as we know ourselves, but we in no way maintain responsibility for the claim or the length of time that is necessary for resolution of the claim. Payments made for these services are not refundable under any circumstances and these services are only available at the time of the order for parts or scooters. If more than one package is required for delivery and only one service is paid for the entire order then the more expensive item will receive the service application unless the customer pays for additional services.

    $50.00 TERMINAL TO DOOR SERVICE

    Heavy Scooters are shipped free to the nearest terminal of the carrier to the customer's address. Customers with the ability can pick up these deliveries at the terminal. For those customers without the ability the carrier will transfer the freight to a delivery vehicle that provides a lift gate and can make the delivery at the customer's home for this optional $50 fee. Appointments are necessary. This option should be selected and paid by adding it to the Shopping Cart at the time of the scooter purchase.

    $210.00 CANADA With DUTIES/EXCEPTION ZIP CODE SHIPPING

    Some scooter models are noted as being able to ship to Canada for the additional shipping fee of $210 including duties. Also, some zip code locations** in the New York area require additional shipping by the carrier of $210. This shipping should be paid in the shopping cart at the same time as the scooter order.

    **Freight palletized shipments going to New York City zip codes with:
    100-104
    110-119
    150-196
    will incur a $150 service charge in addition to the delivery fee. Their is no exceptions for this fee as all freight carriers are charging $100 or more for these zip codes.

    **Freight palletized shipments going to Martha's Vineyard Island zip codes with:
    025-026
    will incur a $100 service charge in addition to the delivery fee for transportation on the ferry to the island.

    $1.50 USA SHIPPING FOR ORDERS UNDER $10 PARTS VALUE

    Shipping is estimated for each and every Part we sell and added to the part price when you add each item to the shopping cart(total shipping, handling, and processing are adjusted later for most orders). But to be fair to customers making a normal size order we have underestimated the shipping for lesser value parts like chain links and axle hardware since they are usually ordered at the same time as other items. Ordered alone this results in insufficient shipping being collected for orders where the parts value is under $10 and customers in this situation are asked to add the additional $1.50 shipping fee to prevent order cancellation. The minimum cost to ship any order from us is between $2.00-$2.50 (USPS Fee, Packaging material included), excluding processing and handling.


SHIP TO ANOTHER ADDRESS

  • If you have trouble with a confirmed address through our shopping cart system or want to send an order to another address other than your confirmed address then you can use your credit card in the following ways:

    1. Place your order using Paypal and your normal billing address, BUT in the message to Seller or Merchant part of the check out repeat your credit card number, expiration, security 3 or 4 digit number, and billing zip code for the credit card. Also put the address where you want the order shipped. We will change the shipping address to the address you provide in this message area. You must repeat the credit card information in case we have to use a different payment processor! The shopping cart uses a payment processor and your credit card information is kept private, even from us. So you need to repeat the information so we can handle the processing for the address change differently. If you forget to include the credit card information you can TEXT the card information to 281 317-7307. Or call 281 997-6907 mid afternoon, Mon-Fri.

    2. If during regular business hours (mid afternoon is the best time, Mon - Fri) then call us with your credit card information. We can ship your order to any USA destination by processing using a different credit card processor. You must also email us the Shopping Cart information including each item and price (now showing USA Shipping included) and the handling calculated by entering your zip code. Alternately you can email the order from the Shopping Cart and email the credit card information in several emails to keep the details separate and more secure from falling into the wrong hands. Once all the emails are received you will receive a confirmation and reply email verifying the order and verification of the credit charge.

  • We now use another service to process mail and telephone and text orders where customers prefer not to use the Paypal Shopping cart system or prefer to call or text us with their credit card information. Customers can also have orders shipped to another address as long as all the following required information is provided:

    CVV NUMBER ON THE BACK (this is the last three digits on the signature line, or four digits on AMEX)
    BILLING ADDRESS ZIP CODE

    EMAIL the information about the items you are ordering by description, item number and details including price each with included USA shipping, that can all be obtained by first using the shopping cart to gather your order, entering your zip code to adjust the order's shipping and handling, and the total at the bottom just before checking out. Note that this page will include items with shipping included per item but not the final handling inclusion Paypal adds when you enter your zip code.

    A copy of the credit card receipt will be emailed. Orders cannot be refunded for credit card Telephone Orders.

    THE BEST TIME TO PLACE A TELEPHONE ORDER IS MID AFTERNOON, MONDAY - FRIDAY. If your call is answered by the messaging system then you can wait for the beep and state, I WISH TO PLACE A TELEPHONE ORDER. Hang up and if your phone number is recorded as a personal number, not a business number, then you will receive a call back at which time your order will be recorded. You can go ahead and email the order items and information requested above. Remember, telphone and text orders (281) 317-7307) are for USA CUSTOMERS for USA DELIVERY. Telephone orders are subject to verbal errors and misunderstandings in communicating information to us and you must assume ALL liability and expense involved in correcting any errors made by placing an order via telephone. Email (sales@scootersupport.com) or text ((281) 317-7307) the information except the credit card number unless broken into several messages, and we will call you back for credit card information you did not include.


MAIL A MONEY ORDER CHECK

  • ONE ADVANTAGE TO USING MAIL ORDER IS YOU DO NOT PAY UP TO 10% PROCESSING AND HANDLING FOR USA ORDERS AND WE CAN SHIP YOUR ORDER TO ANY ADDRESS IN THE CONTIGUOUS USA. Print the shopping cart page containing your scooter or parts (Except OEM Parts) after you have added all the items you wish to purchase. These items already have normal shipping included for the United States only including Alaska and Hawaii (except for scooters). For other destinations you can email for the additional shipping amount. If you are in Washington state, add 6.75% Sales Tax on the order total for the parts or scooter purchase. Get a Money Order type check from a USA bank or bank branch for the total amount of the Shopping Cart payable exactly on the pay line to FOWLER. Money Orders and Cashiers Checks received with anything other than FOWLER on the pay line will be voided. We can't cash them. You can still reclaim your money using the receipt or stub provided at the time of purchase where you made your purchase. If you have lost this (and why would you since this is the main advantage of using money orders and cashier's checks) you can send a self addressed stamped envelop and request the return of the check you sent! Money orders still must process for 7 days through the bank before clearing and fund transfer. WHY A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS IS IMPORTANT

  • A vailid email address is important for most all merchants. Like us, most merchants on the internet rely on other processing agencies like Paypal to receive and distribute your submitted funds. When you use the shopping cart system for most merchants it is processed through Paypal, or Ebay who owns Paypal. The transaction is recorded with a transaction number and provided to the supplier of the part, scooter, or service you have specified. Paypal, for us, is the entity who holds and distributes the funds, and sometimes makes refunds when orders are made in error or we cannot supply what is asked of us.

    THIS IS WHY A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS IS SO IMPORTANT. If you just make something up and then forget or have no access to that email address then refunds can never reach you. If you make a purchase using a credit card and the order cannot be processed for shipment then a refund is submitted back to Paypal according to the email address you provided. You can opt to use those funds for another internet purchase, or to send money to another email address, and even have the money sent to a bank account when you are registered and verified with that email address. The cash will be available, simply and easily to your needs or back to your bank. The alternative is to file a credit card charge back, a long and deliberate process, that will eventually get a credit back to your credit card. It is so much easier to just use a valid email address and allow the funds to be used or refunded to your checking account.

    Another reason for using a valid email address is tracking and contact information. We send periodic tracking and report information to your email address to let you know the status of your order. Most customers want to know when an order has been shipped and when to expect it. Email is the only, fastest way to provide this information from us since most orders deliver within 1 to 4 days of receipt, depending on where you are in the USA and what items you may be ordering (for example, scooters in high demand ship in the order they are received and we may ship the same or next business day usually).

    Email addresses are easily obtained from Yahoo.com, or for a short period of time from hotmail.com (hotmail addresses expire if unused - they are furnished by Microsoft). You can quickly receive an email address to receive contact and if necessary refunds, credits, etc. that you can reclaim.

    NOTE: We do not keep any record of your email other than to satisfy your orders. We do not ever resell your email address to another agency or for reuse in contacting you. Your email addres is always considered very private information and will never be divulged to anyone for any use. It is very necessary for us to make refunds through Paypal, provide partial refunds or credits, or be able to give you necessary information about your order. Use a valid email address for ordering, for collection of refunds, and if you wish, please register at the time of your order with Paypal so you will already have a password and an account that you can access.





  • SHIPPING, PROCESSING AND HANDLING



    USA shipping is added to the price of each part added to the Shopping Cart (or is a foreign handling fee for international destinations). Scooters include free shipping to the contiguous USA states. When you type in your Zip Code the processor will add a processing and handling fee that includes processing and other fees necessary to complete and safeguard the delivery of your order. The processor may show this as shipping and handling instead of processing and handling. Shipping has already been included in the price as shown in the shopping cart and the processing and handling fee will only include a possible small adjustment to shipping depending on your location.
